My name is Caitlin Nichols, I am a 28-year old stay-at-home mom of two extraordinary toddlers. Anyone who knows me, know’s that I always go above and beyond to help anyone in any way that I can without hesitation. My passion is being kind and spreading kindness everywhere I go.

I became a notary public in January of 2023, a National Notary Association certified Notary Signing Agent in February of 2023, and received my Remote Online Notary certification through the National Notary Association in May of 2023. I’ve passed my background checks, I currently hold a $25k surety bond and $100k E&O insurance policy.
